Online Bill Pay

NOTICE: ONLINE BILL PAY WILL BE TURNED OFF STARTING ON DISCONNECT DAY ON THE 21ST OF EACH MONTH UNTIL AFTER NEW BILLS GO OUT ON THE 25TH.  CUSTOMERS NEEDING TO PAY TO GET RECONNECTED WILL NEED TO PAY AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE.

Please click the link below to view and pay your bill online.  All customers must first register their account online.  You should have your latest bill handy to register your account.
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover along with eChecks. 
 
There will be a Service Fee for processing credit and debit cards of 2.25% with a minimum of $1.75, along with a $1.00 Transaction Fee.  The fee will be clearly stated prior to payment.

***** A $50.00 disconnect fee will be applied for payments not received before 8:00 AM on the disconnect date given on the notice. If you owe $50.00 due to non-payment, the $50.00 disconnect fee cannot be paid online or over the phone. You must come into the District office at 701 South Kings Hwy to pay this fee. Online Bill Pay and Pay by Phone are available to pay utility bills only, and cannot be used for return check fees, disconnect fees, etc.
